Patricia Seabright, Founder of Archimedes Consulting, has always been an advocate of gender balance in the workplace. It started when she was just 17-years-old and started the 300 Group, which had the goal of having a gender-balanced parliament.
Patricia’s career started in sales and sales management. She worked for organisations including Procter and Gamble, Gillette, and Coca-Cola. She has coached women for the past 30 years in finding their voice, using great presentation and communications skills.
Her book, She Said!, delves into the challenges of women being heard, plus practical exercises and applications.
